1. About these terms

These terms describe how Stay Gone works with you. Stay Gone is based in Reno, NV and helps small businesses set up a website they can run themselves, along with an AI receptionist, email and text marketing campaigns, and reputation management. We do not have a physical office or storefront.

2. How our services work

Our work happens in four phases: onboarding, build, launch, and offboarding. Work happens in small steps, with one revision round per step. Everything is tested before launch, and nothing goes to your customers without your OK.

After launch, you receive about 2 weeks of hands-on support, plus a help kit (a short FAQ and video walkthroughs of your setup) so you can run it yourself. After that, you receive how-to help and troubleshooting by email, with replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, Pacific time, plus occasional check-ins.

Website Management is done-with-you setup plus training, so you can confidently edit and manage your own site after launch. Ongoing edits are not done for you. Routine edits, writing and sending campaigns, and managing reviews are separate extra work under the client agreement.

3. Your accounts and data

Your accounts, domain, and data stay in your name. We do not take ownership of your accounts or data.

4. The 10-hour guarantee and refund terms

Save 10 hours a week in 30 days, or your money back (full refund).

During onboarding, we record a baseline of the weekly hours you spend on the covered tasks. In week 4, we compare against that baseline using activity reports from your Stay Gone tools plus your time log. If you save fewer than 10 hours a week, email us at info@staygone.ai with a refund request within 15 days after the 30-day period. We then refund all fees you paid, including setup, within 14 days. To qualify, you need to complete onboarding, reply to revision requests within 24 business hours, and keep the tools active and in use. One claim per client.

This is the only guarantee we offer. We do not promise or guarantee more leads, rankings, revenue, reviews, or any other result.

5. No result guarantees

Other than the 10-hour guarantee above, Stay Gone makes no guarantee of leads, search rankings, revenue, reviews, or any other specific result.
